Select your chosen item to open the product page. Choose the quantity you'd like to buy and click on "Add to Cart". You can choose whether to continue shopping or to complete the purchase.
Access your shopping cart, and if you wish to buy all the products listed, click on "Proceed to purchase". Remember that while you are on the initial shopping cart page, you can either change the number of items you wish to purchase or remove them from the cart.
