To view your tickets (current or past) access the support portal and click the CHECK TICKET STATUS button or in the "Tickets" section in the menu bar.
On this page you will be able to filter:
- All Tickets
- Open or Suspended
- Resolved or Closed

plus there is also the possibility to sort them (ascending or descending order) by:
- Date Created
- Last Modified
- Status
